Student Life

Grapevine Faith exists to develop and graduate authentic Christian leaders. We believe a big part of that development involves getting our students out into the real world and providing them with hands-on experiences. We are proud to offer a variety of travel opportunties for our students, including leadership trips, mission trips, and class retreats that take our students all over the world.

  • Freshmen College Tour

The freshman class visits four different Texas colleges--Dallas Baptist University, Texas Christian University, Texas A&M University, and Baylor University--where they tour each campus and hear from college representatives. The trip introduces students to college visits and preparations while infusing a “big picture” mindset early on in their high school careers.
  • India

Every Christmas Break, Grapevine Faith sends a team of students on a mission trip to India. There, they spend time at a school, ministering to and providing for the students and families that they meet. The team works to raise funds and collect supplies for the trip throughout the school year.
  • Creative Arts Trip

Creative Arts at Grapevine Faith is used as an opportunity to reflect the heart of God. We want to take advantage of different opportunities to experience the many different disciplines of art outside of the walls of Faith. Each year a different trip experience is offered. Creative arts students from Faith have traveled to New York city to sing at Carnegie Hall, attend Broadway workshops with current Broadway performers, and experienced Ellis Island with a Holocust survivor. For the 2018-2019 school year, students will have the opportunity to travel to Chicago and experience all the city has to offer our choirs, artists, photographers, jazz band and theatre students.
My seventh grade trip was especially memorable. It showed me how to be an active leader with my class and how to do so in a godly manner.
