Junior High students are challenged to not only serve others but to plan and to organize service projects and events. These experiences empower junior high students to grow as leaders while preparing them for greater challenges in high school and beyond.

Junior High Leadership Opportunities

Celebrate Life Conference

Junior high students participate in a one-day conference discussing biblical topics.

 

Elementary Field Day

6th Graders organize and help run Pre-K & Kindergarten Field Day.

Winter Wonderland Shop

6th Graders organize and operate Winter Wonderland gift shop.

Student Ambassador Program

Junior high students are paired with new students to help their transition to Grapevine Faith.

Student Council

Junior High Student Council conducts tours during Grandparents’ Day, Open Houses, and other significant events. Students also lead prayers, pledges, and announcements. 

Thanksgiving Basket Outreach

JH Student Council organizes the Thanksgiving Basket Outreach to provide holiday meal baskets for 100 local families in need.

Fall Retreats

Junior high students participate in an off-campus multi-day retreat with their grade level, including group Bible studies, worship, and fun activities together.

Valentine's Day Senior/Widows Breakfast

Student Council members in the 7th Grade welcome, serve, and entertain senior women for a Valentine's Day breakfast.
