Preparing for a lifetime of servant leadership.

Every Grapevine Faith high school student is challenged to lead, whether that is organizing events and service projects or managing major trips or leading a club or sport team. These experiences allow students to build confidence, communicate with others, and navigate challenges as they arise.

Lion Leadership

A hallmark program at Grapevine Faith, Lion Leadership was created to provide accountability for students in the area of leadership development.  Students in Lion Leadership work year round to build a personal leadership portfolio.

This portfolio consists of “proof” or evidences that they have read the right books, met the right people, memorized the right things, and gone to the right places.  These students are awarded credit, and the accumulation of credits enables participating students to take advantage of the summer leadership travel program.

For additional information, please contact Jon Brooks, Vice President of Student Development.

Lion Leadership 101

Designed for thinkers, dreamers, and leaders, Lion Leadership 101 is a five-day program that equips students with essential leadership skills through dynamic, hands-on experiences. Partnering with Student Leadership University for the past 19 years, Faith students receive the nation’s premier leadership training—enhanced with our unique “Faith way.”

Lion Leadership 201

Crafted specifically for those who aspire to think deeply, dream boldly, and lead courageously, Lion Leadership 201 continues to guide students to shape the future. Building upon the foundation of Lion Leadership 101, the 201 program is led by Grapevine Faith’s Rick Jackson and equips students to impact communities and drive meaningful change.

Lion Leadership 301

Lion Leadership 301 invites students to think beyond boundaries by exploring Europe. With key destinations like London, Paris, Florence, and Rome, students engage in cultural immersion, C-Suite leadership training, and collaborative planning. From standing on the beaches of Normandy to delivering peer-led mini-lectures, this experience challenges you to dream boldly and leave a legacy for Jesus.
