We are in awe of your tremendous support! The 2025 Annual Gala, held at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, was an incredible evening celebrating Grapevine Faith and our amazing partnership. The Annual Gala represents far more than an evening of celebration—it’s an investment in the future of our Grapevine Faith community. Your support directly impacts the lives of our students, faculty, staff, and families, ensuring we can continue providing an exceptional Christ-centered education and safe environment for those who walk our halls.
This year, our Special Appeal focuses on upgrading campus-wide security with state-of-the-art interior and exterior video systems. By implementing this advanced technology, we will be adding a layer of proactive protection across our Worth Street and Dallas Road campuses.
Why This Matters
Safety is a key pillar in fostering the thriving community we cherish. The proposed video security system offers cutting-edge features that will transform how we protect our students and staff, allowing us to stay ahead of emerging security threats. With specialized features like real-time motion alerts and trajectory mapping, this new security system sets the industry standard for innovation and safety.
What We Need
To implement this vital enhancement, we will install 33 cameras at Worth Street and 38 cameras at Dallas Road, fulfilling both interior and exterior surveillance requirements. The average cost for a camera with 5-year licensing is $2500.
Key capabilities include:
- Smart Search & Analytics: Investigate events quickly using freeform searches for people, vehicles, and unique attributes.
- Centralized Management: Manage and monitor all camera feeds across multiple campuses seamlessly from one unified platform.
- License Plate Recognition & Alerts: Instantly detect and monitor license plates for added perimeter security.
- Customized alerts sent directly to the on-campus security officer, the Guardian team, and others.
- Built-In Storage & Remote Accessibility: Securely store footage directly on each camera, while maintaining minimal bandwidth usage.
