Tuition Assistance

Students enrolled in grades 1-12 who are in good standing with the school are eligible for consideration.

Financial Information

Payment Plans & Policies

A Tuition Payment Plan is due no later than June 1 or upon acceptance, whichever is later. A Payment Plan using a bank draft or credit card is required of all families. However, payments by check (no cash, please) can be accepted at any time; these will simply be applied to your Payment Plan balance.

Grapevine Faith uses an outside company, FACTS Management, to handle payment plans for the collection of tuition and related fees.

1-Pay Plan: lump sum payment in June, $25 set-up fee
2-Pay Plan: 2 equal payments in June & November, $25 set-up fee, 1.25% payment plan fee, paid in full by 11/30
10-Pay Plan: 10 equal payments June-March, $55 set-up fee, 4% payment plan fee, paid in full by 3/31

Tuition Policies
To ensure a smooth enrollment process and to reserve a space for your child, the following schedule will apply:

April 1st Commitment: As of April 1, 2026, 50% of the tuition for the upcoming school year will be considered committed. This amount will be non-refundable, regardless of whether the student attends or withdraws after this date.
June 1st Confirmation: By June 1, 100% of the tuition will be considered confirmed. At this point, the full tuition is non-refundable.

Once the commitment is made, Grapevine Faith relies on your child's enrollment for planning purposes, including staffing, resources, and class schedules.

February 2026
Priority deadline for the Tuition Assistance Application in FACTS is February 15. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis thereafter, subject to funding availability.

March 2026
Tuition Assistance Committee will meet to review applications and determine assistance amounts.

April 15, 2026
Tuition Assistance award notifications will be emailed to applicant families.

May 15, 2026
Deadline for families to contact the Business Office to accept a tuition assistance award and determine a payment plan for the remaining tuition balance.

How do I apply for tuition assistance?

Complete the Tuition Assistance Application process by filling out the online FACTS application at this link and paying the $40 application fee by February 15, 2026, to be considered in the first round of tuition assistance awards. Incomplete applications could jeopardize the awarding of tuition assistance.

Does the awarded tuition assistance include the registration fee?

No, the registration fee must be paid in full before tuition assistance can be considered.

How is tuition assistance awarded?

Tuition assistance is solely based on financial need, as determined by FACTS and our Tuition Assistance Committee.

How does TEFA factor into Tuition Assistance at Faith?

To be considered for Grapevine Faith’s tuition assistance program, families are asked to apply for TEFA first. By encouraging families to pursue TEFA funding as a first step, we are able to steward our resources wisely and extend tuition assistance to as many families as possible who desire a Christ-centered education for their children.

Do I need to apply for tuition assistance every year?

Yes, tuition assistance is granted on an annual basis. You must reapply and re-qualify each year.

Is tuition assistance available for all grades?

No, tuition assistance is only available for students in grades 1st-12th and in good standing. It is not available for PreK, Kindergarten, or Homeschool students.

Can new and returning students apply for tuition assistance?

Yes, both new and returning students can apply. However, families who apply after the deadline will only be considered if additional funds are available.

Will applying for tuition assistance impact my child’s admission?

No, applying for tuition assistance has no impact on the admissions process. Students must be admitted before applying.

How is my family’s financial need evaluated?

FACTS calculates financial need using the documents submitted, considering factors such as income, assets, liabilities, and the number of children in tuition-paying schools. The Tuition Assistance Committee reviews this data to finalize awards.

Can tuition assistance be used for other expenses, like summer programs or after-school care?

No, tuition assistance is only applicable to tuition fees.

What if I disagree with the tuition assistance decision?

You can appeal the decision through your FACTS account.

The award priority as determined by the Tuition Assistance Committee is as follows:

Current families:
- Parents in Christian ministry, including current staff members
- Those families who have demonstrated active support of the policies and programs of Grapevine Faith and/or
- Families who received assistance in prior year(s)
New families:
- Parents in ministry
- Faith Alumni
- Other new families
Preference will be given to higher grade levels.
