At Grapevine Faith, the safety and security of our students, families, and staff are our top priorities. We uphold a trusted environment through comprehensive measures designed to provide peace of mind and promote focused learning rooted in faith.

Our Key Safety Measures Include:

• Locked Doors: All doors remain securely locked and are never propped open, ensuring controlled access at all times.
• Layered Security System: Multiple levels of security are required to enter campus and each building, safeguarding every part of our community.
• Background Checks: Rigorous background checks are conducted during registration to protect our families.
• Armed Campus Guardians: Trained professionals are present on campus to provide immediate security.
• On-Campus Security Officer: A full-time officer is stationed on-site for additional reassurance.
• "I Love You Guys" Program: Nationally recognized for readiness and response, this program ensures comprehensive crisis management training for our team.
• Crisis Management Processes: We’re prepared with detailed plans and strategies for any potential crisis situation. We maintain a regular drill schedule so staff and students will be prepared in any situation.
• Internal Communication System: Guardians and division leaders stay connected through secure, real-time communication for swift coordination and action.

Grapevine Faith Christian School has been accredited by the Council for Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA). CESA is an organization founded in 2011 and is committed to academic rigor and programmatic excellence as inherent to the process of Christian schooling and discipleship. CESA comprises more than 80 member and candidate schools from across the United States. CESA partners in accreditation with Cognia, the largest accrediting body in the world. Cognia accredits 32,000 schools, over 4 million educators, and more than 20 million students across the United States and over 70 other nations. Cognia was established in 2006 by the merger between the North  Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA-CASI) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Committee on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS-CASI). Cognia expanded through the addition of the Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC) in 2011. The state of Texas does not directly accredit private schools. Rather, the Texas Education Agency has a committee, the Texas Educational Private School Accrediting Committee (TEPSAC), which recognizes accrediting agencies. Cognia is recognized by TEPSAC as a proper accrediting agency.
