Dr. Matt Lambro to Become Principal for 26-27

Grapevine Faith is pleased to announce the upcoming leadership transition as current High School Principal Keith Hall prepares to retire. Following Mr. Hall's dedicated service to our school community, Matt Lambro will assume the role of High School Principal beginning in June 2026. Matt’s promotion from Associate Principal is a testament to his impactful contributions and strong leadership at Grapevine Faith.

Since joining the Faith family in July of 2023, Matt has demonstrated a deep commitment to our students, and a strong dedication to our school's mission. Over the past few years, he has worked closely with our faculty, staff, and families to foster a supportive and enriching environment.

Dr. Lambro’s educational background is both broad and distinguished. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Abilene Christian University, a Certificate in Adolescent Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary, a Master of Education from Dallas Baptist University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy from Pepperdine University. Matt has also completed the Certificate of School Management and Leadership from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. He brings valuable leadership experience from his time at Trinity Christian, where he served in both instructional and administrative roles, further honing his skills as an educator and school leader. His work at TCA gave him a deep appreciation for faith-based education and helped shape his commitment to fostering supportive, high-achieving learning environments.

Matt values input from the school community when developing solutions. His inclusive approach ensures that diverse perspectives are heard and that every decision reflects the shared goals of Grapevine Faith.

Please join us in congratulating Matt on his well-deserved promotion!
