Do I have to complete the online application or will my resume be sufficient?
Every applicant must have a COMPLETE application that is filled out in its entirety in order to be considered for an opening. Applicants will also have the option to upload a resume, cover letter, transcript and referral letter during the online application process.
Can I still submit an application if I do not see a job posted that relates to my experience?
Yes. If you do not see a current opening that pertains to your area of expertise, you may click “submit a general application for future consideration.” We will keep your application in our candidate database for future consideration should a position become available that matches your skills and experience.
I am unable to submit the application and/or getting an error.

I submitted an application - what is the next step?
After you apply, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment that your application has been received. Our HR team does their best to review the candidate pool for open positions in a timely manner. Due to overwhelming responses to certain positions, it may take several weeks for the recruiter and/or hiring manager to complete this process. We appreciate your patience during the review process.
Applications that pass this initial review are made available to department managers who have a job opening. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the HR Team who will outline the next steps in the process.
If you are not selected to move forward in the recruiting process, you will be notified by e-mail or phone. You may still be contacted about other opportunities that align with your profile in the future.
What are your normal business hours?
Our normal operating hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on position.
Who is eligible for benefits?
All full-time employees are eligible for our full-time benefits package. Part-time employees that are 20+ hours are eligible for a partial benefit package. Stipend/Seasonal employees are not eligible for benefits.
