We conduct the Presidents Fitness Test three times a year in grades 1-6 as well as work with the students daily in strength, flexibility and agility exercises. In grades K-3, we focus on mastering and modeling mature patterns in throwing, kicking, running, catching and striking through various games and lead up activities. In grade 4-6, we focus on implementing theses skills in team sport play such as flag football, volleyball, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, soccer, softball and baseball.

In addition to the physical, we tie in character traits with each unit, as well as our core values. Honesty, Perseverance, Leadership, Responsibility, Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Respect for self and others and Self Control are emphasized individually as we go through our units.
